6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 60 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned items, using the original payment method unless store credit is requested.

All Soln products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
