This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the European Union.
To provide the best value and availability, Soln utilizes a global logistics network. Online orders are dispatched from our primary third-party fulfillment center in Illinois or our international logistics hub in Asia, depending on current stock levels and your location. Regardless of the origin, Soln remains the importer of record and covers all customs duties and taxes; there are no hidden fees at delivery.
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 17:00 (EST) are usually processed the same or next business day.
- Operating days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Confirmation: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
Shipping Costs
- We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.
- There is no minimum order value required.
- All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. No additional shipping, packaging, or processing fees will be added at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for US, UK, Australian, Canadian, and EU orders are as follows:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping (transit) time: 5–8 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.
Carrier Services
U.S. deliveries are handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx once the shipment reaches the United States.
UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD once the shipment reaches the United Kingdom.
Australian deliveries are handled by Australia Post, Aramex, or CouriersPlease once the shipment reaches Australia.
Canadian deliveries are handled by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS once the shipment reaches Canada.
EU deliveries are handled by your local national postal service or regional couriers like DHL and DPD once the shipment enters the European Union.
All shipments include full end-to-end tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using the “Track Order” page in the footer of our website. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Delays and Address Accuracy
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or courier disruptions.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply). We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at studio@discoversoln.com. Please include your order number in your message. Once the courier confirms a package as lost, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
